The Legal Standards Board is pushing the reinvention agenda that it ushered in with its recent consultation paper.
The Board talks of "collaborating" and that's to be welcomed. The regulator of regulators can't make change happen alone - if it tried it would take an eon!
So the legal profession may want to take up the challenge and pick up the gauntlet. It needs to as new entrants and pesky disruptors are everywhere.
